Your role

Do you want the chance to experience a diverse and exciting area of UBS’ business where you can use your affinity for financial markets and strong interest in product sales?

You’ll:

• rotate through different asset classes of Advisory & Sales (A&S) Greater China to broaden your technical product expertise
• learn about the broad range of investment solutions and the advisory sales process
• support our investment advisors, investment specialists, family advisors, wealth planners, client developers and marketing specialists with investment ideas and on client events
• team up with our investment specialists to assess client portfolios, and propose and review investment solutions based on client’s total wealth

Your team

You’ll join a multi-disciplinary team of investment specialists in A&S Greater China who drive sales by advising clients on best-in-class investment ideas together with the client advisor.

Your expertise

You need to be graduating by July 2025, or with less than two years of work experience. It doesn’t matter what you’re studying (it really doesn’t).

We’d like to see evidence that you can:

• analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
• plan, organize and communicate well
• make things happen
• stick with a task
• work in a team
• come up with ideas
• Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
• Your Program
• Be a real part of the team on this 10-week summer program. Work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients, our firm and a specific area of it. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and expand your network. Also, with your new skills and experience you'll even get the chance to land a position in our Graduate Talent Program after you've graduated.
• You can only apply for one program in one country within Asia Pacific during the same academic year.
