We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fresh Graduate Data Centre Customer Executive. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering positive client relationships within the dynamic environment of data centre services.

Make an Impact by

  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring clear and effective communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
  • Service Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, operations, and sales, to coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of data centre services. Actively monitor service delivery to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to client concerns and issues, working closely with relevant teams to provide effective and timely resolutions. Keep clients informed of progress and ensure their satisfaction with the solutions provided.
  • Account Management: Assist in managing client accounts by understanding their unique needs and requirements. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services that align with client objectives.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, service requests, and resolutions. Ensure that client profiles and preferences are well-documented to enhance personalized service delivery.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively seek client feedback on services and communicate findings internally. Contribute to the continuous improvement of services based on client input and market trends.

Skills for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of data centre services and technologies is advantageous.
