• Conduct interviews and to observe actual business process job execution so as to understand and document the current operational process and work instructions
• Product detailed documentation of operation processes & procedures and work instructions in accordance to timeline given
• Recommend process improvements and solutions 
• Any other duties as assigned by the manager

Skills for Success

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management or relevant field
• Able to commit to a 6-month internship 
• Strong foundation in Microsoft Office including MS Visio
• Meticulous, Hardworking
• Keep to deadlines
• Good observation and listening skills
• Proactive and take initiative
• Good inter-personal, communication skills & good work attitude
• Able to work independently and a good team player
