Responsibilities:

• Alleviate manual processes with inception of modern analytical software (PowerBI; MS Co-pilot etc)
• Co-manage sales analytics to provide insights for performance and opportunities
• Streamline processes for voucher related claims from SERs
• Analyze and administer payment for Customer Services Transactions
• Assist in upkeep and maintenance of monthly department budget

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Marketing or its equivalent
• Commit to a 6-months internship
• IT savvy with keen understanding of mobile technology/knowledge
• Proficiency in database/data visualization software (eg. Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Results oriented and have strong commercial fundamentals & good business acumen
• Team player who enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & organisational skills
